Dr. Kasturi Bharadwaj is a dedicated General and Laparoscopic Surgeon and currently serves as an Associate Professor at IMS & SUM Hospital, Bhubaneswar. With over 10 years of surgical practice in Bhubaneswar and extensive clinical training, she is committed to delivering safe, ethical, and patient-centered surgical care.
She completed her MBBS in 2013 from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Mahadevappa Medical College, Gulbarga,Karnataka and earned her MS in General Surgery in 2018 from SOA University, Odisha. To further enhance her surgical expertise, she obtained the Fellowship of the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons (FIAGES) in 2019 and underwent Senior Residency at SCB Medical College, Cuttack (2019–2022).
Dr. Kasturi Bharadwaj is a Life Member of the Association of Surgeons of India and has completed a Laparoscopic Hernia Observership at Manipal Hospital, Bhubaneswar (2024), reflecting her continuous pursuit of advanced surgical knowledge and minimally invasive techniques.
She specializes in a wide range of general and laparoscopic procedures, with particular clinical focus on hepatobiliary disorders and breast diseases.
